I know how much of a struggle it can be to level up your rogue so I spent the time to write up a small rogue fast leveling guide to help you level up as quickly as possible. If this is your first time leveling up a rogue and you don’t know what to do then I would recommend that you take on a rogue leveling spec such as combat rogue spec.

Now keep in mind that even though I’ve tried to offer a simple and easy to follow guide … it is just a simple rogue leveling guide. The guide that I use and one that I would recommend to those of you that want to level up really quickly is amazing and super easy to follow.

Now when you come to the part of knowing what kind of attack sequence you need to be following ….. this is how you are going to be doing it:

Open with: Backstab/Garrote –> Use Slice and Dice –> Use Sinister Strike 1-5x –> Finish with Eviscerate/Rupture

You might not think so but the above information is all that you need to to follow as a leveling rogue guide in terms of you leveling up all the way to level 80. But unfortunately as I realised after doing a lot of research that although this was enough information to level up …

It was FAR TOO SLOW!!!

Even though this rogue power leveling guide was effective …. it wasn’t enough. Leveling up became a chore and I was no longer enjoying the game. It felt like forever just leveling up to level 10.

Basically what it does it put a small green arrow in front of your character …. directing you toward the quests that you need to complete, enemies that you need to kill and turn in… all in order to level up. The simple arrow guides you to everything that you need to do in the most efficient order to level up. Its an amazing horde power leveling guide you can use for any character.

My one issue with the rogue leveling guide by Zygor is that I would have liked to have seen a lot more video guides for the really hard tasks …. it would be great to see an example of exactly what you need to do.

I personally have used this on my Rogue and 5 of my other characters and have pushed them to reach level 80 in just 8-9 days of in game time!

World of Warcraft is such a massive game that as a result thousands on upon thousands of addons have been created to help you. Some are more helpful and lets say useful to you than others, so the simple purpose of this post is to go through what I consider to be some of the best addons you can use to help you achieve the pinnacles of success in WoW.

Of the many thousands of addons that are available to you, some of the most useful ones are the map mods. Simply put the best of these map mods don’t slow down gameplay or even slow the rate at which the graphics are processed. They are simply valuable. I hope you enjoy my recommendations.

Of course all the addons that I’m going to be mentioning are free of charge and so I recommend that you check them out one by one to see which ones work well for you. Its very simple you can install and keep the ones you love and just delete and get rid of the ones you don’t.

1. Atlas

Atlas is considered by many including myself to be an amazing almost critical map mod that really should’ve been part of the game from the the start. For some unknown strange reason blizzard has no instances mapped out in Azeroth. Thankfully Atlas solves this problem very nicely. Along with this it also adds a very nice map for all the boss locations. Included are various map pack plugins that you can use to get more maps for different areas such as dungeon locations, raid bosses, and even battle grounds. This is really handy and the fact is that you only ever have to install them once, which is very handy.

2. Cartographer

The cartographer addon is something that coordinates to the built in world of warcraft map. It also does a few other things such as adding notes, changing the style of the map, and it even helps you keep track of the herbs and minerals that you have. It also shows you areas of the map that remain unexplored, which is something that you might find useful.

3. MobMap

Are you in hunt for those really easy quest mobs? Then your going to find this mobmap add on very valuable. All this simple addon does is make the positions of the NPC’s and the mobs that you know of visible in the map. MobMap also is an addon that comes with merchant database, which can prove useful to some. Another bonus is this add on is available not only in English but also in German.

4. QuestHelper

This is another classic map mod that is going to prove very helpful with your questing. It will give you all the ways for the quests, and also helps you sort them out in terms of the shortest distance. This is going to help you save a lot of time and get through your quests in an efficient way.

Thanks for checking out my site on rogue leveling guide. I’ve personally been playing WoW for a number of years now and love to create new characters. But I honestly hate the long and hard grind that comes with leveling up that new character from 1 to 58, especially when it comes to the rogue. As any of you out there will know that have played an MMO, you can take the route of quests. But you know that its never as efficient as just going on the grind of course that is unless the developers of the game create some kind of quest leveling guide into the game.

After playing for a number of years you are going to notice that there are a number of quests that you always miss out on especially when you are on the lower levels. And its really hard to keep track of so you don’t really ever get to complete them all.

Well having this annoying problem I thought I’d give what a lot of people thought was the best guide on leveling up and that is Zygor’s leveling guide. With nothing to lose, and it guaranteeing it would help me level up quickly I went for it. And what can I say except Wow! Its amazing and I’ve never gone back! Leveling up my rogue leveling spec in insane record times.

I was absolutely amazed at the speed at which a new character leveled up to level 12 using the guide. I really thought that I was great at leveling up before this but damn this is a completely different beast. I’d leveled up to level 40 dozens of times before hand but since the release of cataclysm everything’s changed …. and this guide just helped me continue my rampage and become a leveling machine!

Honestly those days are long gone where you would spend hours bored out your mind trying to level up a lowbie alt. This guide is plain and simple and lets me take the optimal path to level up fast and efficiently. I no longer have to keep track of anything. The Zygor guide does all the boring work for me so that I can completely focus on that which I love. My buddies thought I was actually spending hours and hours of grunt work trying to level up but no All I did was quest like a beast!

To put it simply having to grind was just a boring grind. Being able to quest with the zygor guide has once again made WoW fun for me. I only wish I had got the guide sooner so I could’ve leveled up my other characters quicker.

As with the hunter the Rogue as a great advantage being able to level up extremely quickly in comparison to other classes. This is why the rogue leveling guide will be so useful.

One of the biggest advantages of being a Rogue is the cooldown. This includes things like blind, cloak of shadows, vanish etc etc. But there are some ESSENTIAL rogue leveling guide tips that you need to understand in order to be able to really push your rogue’s potential to the full.

1. Select the optimal race.

Aside from the races, Draenei and Tauren you can choose any race you want. But for the sake of leveling up quickly using the rogue talent builds I would recommend that you choose from one of the following races:

Alliance Race (This race is particularly effective and will have its own alliance leveling guide)

Horde Race (This is another great race that I would recommend and again will have its own horde rogue leveling guide.)

2. The Talent You Should Focus On

As with any other class in World of Warcraft, you have the choice of 3 talent trees to pick from. Most of the rogue leveling guide out there are going to suggest that you pick from either combat or the assassination tree … however the subtlety tree also has a lot of advantages.

Combat Tree:
This is the most basic rogue talent builds. This tree will allow you to bring up massive DPS with dual wield specialisazation whatever the condition of your weapons.

Here are several essential talents and abilities in this build:
- Blade Flurry: attack one additional opponent
- Ambidexterity: improve damage by your off hand
- Vitality: enhance your attack power
- Main Gauche: increased chance for extra off hand attack

Assassination Tree:
The focus of this build is to use poison to kill of your enemies.

These are a few crucial talents and abilities within this build:
- Mutilate: attack with both weapons
- Assassin’s Resolve: your damage improve while you’re using daggers.
- Improved Poisons: improve the chance to apply Deadly and Instant Poison.
- Potent Poison: improve the damage done by your poison.

Subtlety Tree:
This tree is the more sneaky version … Its more like being a ninja with this one. Your focus will be to be sneaky and attack your enemies using stealth.

Here are some vital abilities and talents in this build:
- Shadowstep: show up behind your enemy and make your Ambush and Garrote damage increased.
- Master of Subtlety: strike from stealth does extra damage.
- Sinister Calling: enhance your agility and increase the damage of Backstab and Hemorrhage.
- Executioner: increase the damage of all your finishing moves.

3. Choosing Leveling Methods

Whether you want to level up by yourself or with friends, or using a rogue leveling guide … the choice is yours. However keep in mind that there are only several ways to level up in the game that will also increase XP highly. That is by:

- Leveling by completing quests
- Taking advantage of Dungeons
- Taking part in Battleground weekends, (but this only works if you’re on the winning side)

In my opinion leveling the quickest way is achieved by completing the right quests.

Rogues are basically World of Warcraft melee damage dealers. They are very effective in PvP. They have a wide range of skills which are of course dependent upon a constantly refilled store of energy. There are some classes in the game which have the ability to inflict damage from afar … the rogues however can only cause damage from close. Something to keep in mind when we go through the leveling rogue guide.

One of the main and greatest features of the rogue is its stealth. Its ability to prevent other players in the game to see them unless they are extremely close. This is another advantage and something very useful to rogue fast leveling guide.

Another skill that the rogue has is its ability to be fast. Extremely fast. Being fast is always a preference to strength for a rogue. The power of agility give the rogue both attack power and crit chance. Whereas if it had strength it would only have attack power. The fast leveling guide will go into this.

As you progress in the levels using the rogue leveling guide, you are going to find that the gear that you get will have a lot of attack power. Other great bonuses from using the rogue level guide will include things such as crit, hit, haste, and resilience.

As any basic rogue guide will tell you is that rogues only have the ability to wear leather or cloth armor, and are not able to use shields. They can also only use one handed weapons. Once they reach level 10 using the rogue power leveling guide they will have the ability be able to buy poisons from vendors.

Rogues are best suited for players who like to sneak up on enemies and dish out large amounts of burst damage.
